David Simpson: Owner and Manager of OCE Center:

David is from Cambridge England and has been teaching English for 12 years in Japan and as of 2008 relocated to Canada. David’s background includes filmmaking, teaching and Eco tours for over 30 years. He enjoys travelling, drawing and spending time with his family. David is also OCE’s Sales Chief and Resource manager.

Ms. Lynne Downing: Teacher

Ms Downing hails from New Zealand. She has a BA in teaching English and has taught in New Zealand, Japan, China and Canada. Lynne enjoys teaching all ages and is very sympathetic and helpful towards those from other countries that are now working and living in Canada. Her hobbies include, kayaking, snowboarding and fishing!

Lily Jalapadan: on–line Teacher and sports Chief

Lily is from Bagiou Philippines and is our key on line teacher for children and adults that are taking our on-line lessons and has been teaching for over 10 years in Bagiou ,Manila and Canada . Lily has a degree in teaching yoga, and also is our outdoor trainer for outdoor activities such as hiking, water sports, camping and cross country biking.

Noriko Watanabe: Reception and office Manager

Noriko is originally from Japan . Noriko is our reception person and office staff manager. She is also our Japanese translator and party maker ! Noriko loves cooking and hiking in her spare time

Ms Dominique George Bechoux

Ms. Bechoux lives in a wonderful area of France, tucked in the north eastern corner an historical town that once was the host to the Canadian Airforce. After WW11 it was called Marville Town. Ms. Bechoux is an OCE representative and can assist any one in France that wishes to come to Canada to tour or study with us. She is a teacher and a our wonderful translator also!
