Course Example:
Day one schedule really depends upon what time of the day you arrive. We will approach the program, keeping the time available and weather/light, meal time arrangements. An example of a 1 pm/first day, arrival time may be; arrive station, transfer to hotel. Change to outdoor clothes, introduction time, rules and schedule time, exercise and skill Teamwork Game Time.
At the end of each of the seminar day, guests can gather around the camp-fire and consider what worked well, asking what have we learned today that is new and important? The campfire has played an important role for our forefathers still works wonders for our clients development, as they relax, sitting around the fire, drinking, talking, under the stars and learn more about each other. Classes maybe held indoors or outside, weather permitting. A second day attached to this plan would be the continuation and completion of this plan and an "action plan" for the Company and staff to go home with .Departure time would be set according to the train schedule.
What to bring:
Outdoor sports clothes, warm sweater, windbreaker coat, spare sport shoes, sunglasses, personal toiletry, small towel, sun hat, health insurance card, small backpack, a smile!
Prices: Course Inclusive of:
Our normal price always includes; at least three experts, classroom and outdoors seminar grounds, course design, implementation, meals, accommodation, assorted beverages, champagne, wines, support staff and taxi service, Train and airfares are not included in our prices.
Safety and Insurance:
We ask that all clients make sure their company insurance, is applied to any off - company property, seminars and travel, to and from and in our camps. We do not engage in risky adventure or exercises.
Reservations, payments and cancellations:
Our normal flat rate, per person, per course / day is:
- Philippines: P 10,000
- Japan: JPY 50,000
- Canada: CAD$ 500
- China: CY 10,000 ( paid In US funds where possible)
We are able to operate any where outside of our course countries ,with you ,such as Hawaii , Guam, Thailand, however flight costs are added for our staff ( 3 persons) to the final charge.
We are a small company and many companies that provide services for us and for you, demand pre paymentbefore the course starts for their service. Therefore we require 100% pre payment from your finance departmentbefore the course starts. We cannot offer our services otherwise.

A 50% payment is required …one(1) month before the course start date and the remaining amount one week(5 working days ) before course starting date.
Cancellations:
Cancellations within 3 weeks or before, of the course start date, a repayment of:
- 90% of the deposited amount is refunded.
- Within 2 week of the course; 20% forfeited , as we have committed time and funds to the course by this time. Please fill out the ‘health form ‘ when you receive it and hand it in to an AQ21 staff member on the coursefirst day or before.
