
AQ21 Film School (open to anyone):
AQ21 is an NGO business that has a proud history, starting in Chiba Japan, and now expanding to Canada. (See AQ21 history)
We teach certain Eco themes and teach you how to film these Eco themes and problems and events. You can use this for your own pleasure or take it a step further and continue on to be a professional.
AQ21 Film School for those whose English skills are enough to understand what is required to learn in class room and to use cameras out of the class. AQ21 teacher is from Winnipeg the home of AMAX films. Winnipeg has long been the home of Canada¡¯s documentary film industry.
When the time comes for filming we will find special places in and around Winnipeg and other areas in which to film at. Your Eco journey into filming starts here. This course is open to anyone, visitor or Canadian. A good way to get to know Canada and Canadians!

In-Canada resident Students Payments
Definition: class payment by the month
Required deposit:10% per person paid in person in cash to OCEC office (90% refunds for those that cancel before the course starts)
Remaining amount: paid in full the first course day in cash to OCEC office
Cancellations: There are no refunds unless the school is at fault
